Following Molly McCann’s convincing knockout at UFC London over the weekend, Miranda called out the fighter, McCann and her teammate Paddy Pimblett grabbed all the attention this weekend, and Maverick seems to want in on the action. She took to Twitter where in she stated, “Last I checked, both me and @MeatballMolly finished fights with elbows in the @ufc. Only right to see which is better. I’m thinking bringing this worthy fight to ufc280 or #ufc281 would make sense…” Here is the said Tweet:

A prospective matchup with Maverick is advantageous for McCann. At the press conference following the bout, she declared that she would fly anywhere to fight anyone, at any time. The Scouse queen has already competed in six different areas around the world in just nine UFC fights. But it all hinges on how Maverick appears the following month. It could easily result in a brawl between the two if she puts on a display, dominates and finishes Young, and manages to get on the mike to call McCann out.
