“His heads going to fall off”- Paddy Pimblett is confident Jordan Leavitt won’t be able to handle heat from Scouse fans

Paddy Pimblett talks about facing Jordan Leavitt at UFC London

Paddy Pimblett is very confident that the fans in the O2 Arena at UFC London will do their part to help the Scouser win against Jordan Leavitt in the upcoming fight.

Paddy Pimblett is returning to action this weekend at the O2 Arena in UFC London against another lightweight prospect, Jordan Leavitt. The Liverpool fighter showed the world he could put on a spectacular show when he has the entire arena chanting his name. One of the reasons for UFC to return to London in the span of a few months in the same year is because of the reception UKK fans gave to Pimblett during his fight.

Pimblett and Jordan have had some heated back-and-forth in the lead-up to this fight and it is safe to say Paddy is not a fan of his rival. In a recent interview with ESPN MMA ahead of the bout in London, Paddy spoke about how Leavitt will crumble under pressure. “Lad, it’s funny, he’s talking all this. The funniest thing is, his head’s gonna fall off when he walks out. He has only fought in the apex,” said Paddy talking to ESPN’s Brett Okamoto.

Jordan is currently 10-1 in his professional career and his last three fights have been inside the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, with no crowd. “He’s never fought with a crowd. He has never fought in front of seventeen thousand people supporting the other person. His head is gonna fall off, lad,” Paddy spoke about Jordan’s inexperience at fighting in huge arenas.

“It wouldn’t surprise me if they have to bring a mop out to clean the mat after I batter him…He’s just a weirdo, just like me. I am a weirdo. So I out-weirdo him,” said Paddy in the interview. Paddy was not happy when Jordan commented that he will knock the Liverpool fighter out at UFC London and then proceed to twerk inside the octagon.

Paddy is currently 18-3 in his professional career and is one of the most-loved fighters in the world right now. His personality and spectacular fighting inside the octagon has helped him take over the UFC by a storm.
