“I’ll put on a show”- Paddy Pimblett vows to put on a stunning performance for the fans

Paddy Pimblett is all set to fight his third UFC bout against Jordan Leavitt in front of his native crowd inside the O2 Arena in London. Pimblett who has only two fights in UFC has already grown as a huge superstar due to his unorthodox style, trash talking and Liverpool accent. Ahead of the fight, Pimblett and Leavitt had a lot of heated verbal exchanges which was pretty entertaining to see. During the media day of UFC London, Pimblett revealed that he is going to knockout Leavitt.
“I didn’t mind him before the fight got announced. But he’s talking all sorts of crazy s*** and he’s an absolute crab. I’m going to take his head off. I’m not going to be shooting no takedowns. I’m coming to stand with him to take his head off. I’m coming to take his chin home with me.”

Ahead of his fight at UFC Fight Night: Blaydes vs Aspinall, Pimblett sat down with BT Sport for an interview.
After the conversation, Pimblett was asked to give a video message to his fans and followers of what they can expect in the fight. In the short clip, Pimblett showed his affection towards the fans and suggested they watch the fight. The fighter promised that the fight is going to be a spectacle and he will put on a show. Pimblett also revealed that in this fight he will be looking for a first round knockout or submission. He said
” I love yous all. Make sure you stay tuned because it’s gonna be another spectacular night of fight. Me and Molly gonna steal the show once again and this time I’m coming for the first round knockout have to get a first round sub. I promise yous, I’ll put on a show.”
Pimblett is a huge star in London and is responsible for bringing such huge crowds to the events. Before coming to UFC, Pimblett fought in Cage Warriors and also was a champion. This helped him to gain massive support from British fans. In his last bout at UFC London on 19 March 2022, Pimblett gave an amazing performance and submitted his opponent in the first round. The crowd went wild and it is expected to react the same day this time. It would be interesting to see if the Scouser can deliver the same performance this time too.
