“Nurse has better chin” Paulo Costa makes a hilarious yet vicious tweet about Luke Rockhold

Luke Rockhold- Paulo Costa
UFC middleweight Paulo Costa is nowhere close to clarifying again but rather is all in mounting more controversy on the recent incident of being blamed for elbowing a nurse. Costa, who was last seen in action against Marvin Vettori in a fight originally meant to be fought at middleweight but due to Costa’s unprofessionalism, was scheduled for light-heavyweight, is on a 2-fight skid and therefore in an urgent need to get back to the win column in order to stay a reliable opponent for a title fight.
Costa is now going to face Luke Rockhold at UFC 278 on August 20, 2022. Costa’s opponent, Rockhold, is the former Strikeforce and former UFC middleweight champion who’s had a tough time in his last octagon appearances, getting knocked out cold by UFC Hall of Famer Michael Bisping in the rematch, former interim UFC champion Yoel Romero and former UFC light heavyweight champion Jan Blachowicz. Regardless, Rockhold has won over the likes of Chris Weidman, David Branch, Michael Bisping, Tim Kennedy, Ronaldo Souza and many more.

Costa was recently accused of elbowing a nurse in a dispute over the vaccination card for Covid-19. Although Costa has strongly denied the accusation calling it false, the official conclusion of the investigation of the incident still seems to be in the process. Regardless, Costa stays being himself and he took out to Twitter to say “Rumors say the nurse has a best chin than Luke Rockhold”
Costa is basically indicating that even the nurse he is accused of striking has a better chin than his upcoming opponent Rockhold who is not known for the durability to take shots to the head like any other fighter.
What do you make of Costa’s taunt at Rockhold? Who do you think wins the fight between the two? Costa is a heavy paced striker with powerful shots in his pocket but Rockhold is a skilled kickboxer who uses his tricky question-mark kicks and other striking abilities to get the opponent to the ground, where he actually specialises more. Do you think Costa will manage to make weight this time?
