Paulo Costa shares hilarious clip of Justin Gaethje
Paulo Costa won’t stop his trolling. This time, lightweight title contender Justin Gaethje falls victim to one of the middleweight fighter’s hilarious social media posts.
Paulo Costa might be having a tough spell inside the octagon but the middleweight believes a win from Justin Gaethje this weekend could motivate him to train his training routine and put on performances like ‘The Highlight’ himself. Ahead of Gaethje’s huge fight for the lightweight title, Costa posts a hilarious video of the 155-er on his Twitter account.
Justin will be challenging Charles Oliveira for the lightweight title at UFC 274. The fight takes place at the Footprint arena in Phoenix, Arizona, which is the home state of Gaethje. In a recent Twitter post by Costa, Gaethje is seen doing high-intensity training which is turned “hilarious” by Paulo’s “immaculate” editing skills. Paulo is known to target his peers for some of the darkest, funniest memes on his social media.
“If this dude become champion today [I] will need to rethink my training methods,” wrote Costa in his caption as he sits on the sideline with a two-fight winning streak. Costa is looking to come back strongly against a top contender in 2022.
Can Justin Gaethje beat Charles Oliveira?
Justin “The Highlight” Gaethje is presented with what is his best chance of becoming the undisputed lightweight champion. The fighter has been in the UFC for 5 years and this is his second shot at the title. Gaethje has won over some of the toughest opponents in the octagon and is coming off a “Fight Of The Year” bout against one-time title contender Michael Chandler.
Gaethje, however, will be coming up against one of the toughest fighters in the world, Charles Oliveira. Oliveira is coming off a title defense against Dustin Poirier, who has beaten Justin in the past. However, the recent weigh-ins mishap suggests that Oliveira will be stripped of the title which could turn out to be an added advantage for Justin, mentally.
Justin will be going out guns blazing looking to knockout his Brazilian opponent in front of a packed Arizona crowd that will be cheering for Gaethje from the get-go.
