Khamzat Chimaev- Paulo Costa
Paulo Costa recently defeated Luke Rockhold in a brutal fight that took place last month. After that, the fighter got into an altercation with Khamzat Chimaev during a training session in the UFC facility. It was bad and Chimaev’s team had to hold the Chechen back to control the situation. On the other hand, Costa was chilled out but participated in the verbal abuse.
Since then the possibility of the pair fighting each other has been discussed amongst fans. In a recent interview with Ariel Helwani on the MMA Hour show, Costa revealed that Chimaev is scared of fighting fighters of his size. He said :
“I do like [a fight with Chimaev]. But, I don’t think It’ll happen, because he’s avoiding fighting me, you know. He doesn’t want to fight me, he just wants to fight guys smaller than him and guys who have no wrestling, have no takedown defense, have no power to f*** him up. He knows who I am, and even his coach and his manager don’t want that fight. His guys want to fight Kevin Holland, small guy, Gilbert [Burns], and I appreciate those guys. But, he chooses who he wants to fight.”

Paulo Costa is popular for sharing funny and sarcastic memes on Twitter. Costa, despite his inefficiency with the English language, is arguably one of the funniest UFC fighters. His Twitter game is strong and doesn’t disappoint the fans and followers when it comes to sharing hilarious memes.
Recently, the fighter took the opportunity to share a meme making fun of Khamzat Chimaev and Darren Till. The meme included a scene from ‘The Lord of the Rings movie with edited faces of him, Chimaev and Till. Costa is the monster holding his secret juice, searching for Chimaev and Till. While the pair hid under a tree trunk from Costa.
Costa in the caption wrote,”Goodpro nightz u littles u scared baggings ?.”
As always Costa was spot on with his memes and his followers liked it a lot. Costa is interested in fighting Chimaev but it looks like a big shot. However, given that the ‘Borz’ might continue at middleweight, there are chances of this fight taking place in future.
