Rafael Fiziev and Rafael dos Anjos locked horns in a five round lightweight fight in the main event of UFC Vegas 58. The fight was pretty enter and both the fighters went all out against each other for four rounds. In the first few seconds of the fifth round, Fiziev dropped dos Anjos and won the fight via KO. However, the fight attracted some criticism as many fans believe that it was an early stoppage. Dos Anjos was stunned but he wasn’t given much chance to defend himself and the fight was stopped.
After the fight was over, Fiziev appeared at the post fight press conference to talk to the media. During the conversation, the Kyrgyzstani was asked about his future preference of fighting anyone. While responding to the question, Fiziev explained that he thinks a fight with Justin Gaethje will be nice for him now. The fighter also called out Gaethje asking him to get ready and accept the fight. He said ;
” Yeah, you know I want to fight with Gaethje… Gaethje, if you want to fight, one more yellow guy with yellow hairs (Charles Oliveira), we need to know who’s best.That’s a good match for you and me. If you’re ready, and you’re not scared, don’t talk sh*t and let’s go.”

Rafael Fiziev wants Justin Gaethje in his next fight
After revealing his intentions to fight Gaethje, Fiziev also shared an article about the same on his official Twitter account.
In the caption, the fighter tagged Gaethje and asked him about his opinions on the match-up.
“What do you think @Justin_Gaethje ? If you gonna turn it down at least do it publicly ?,” wrote Gaethje.
After winning the dos Anjos fight, Fiziev is currently on an impressive six fight win streak and would like to go up in the rankings. A fight against #3 fighters in the division would definitely be a huge leap for Fiziev. On the other hand, Gaethje is coming back from a title fight against Charles Oliveira and has not discussed anything about his next fight. It would be interesting to see how this whole scenario will pan out in the end.
