Rafael Fiziev wants to be the best “Rafael” in the whole world. The UFC rising lightweight won’t stop until he defeats all of the best Rafaels in the sporting world. The Azerbaijani was not satisfied with his win against Rafael Dos Anjos today and wants to beat tennis legend, Rafael Nadal.

Rafael Fiziev and Rafael Dos Anjos finally fought each other in an amazing lightweight battle in the main event of UFC Vegas 58. The fight took place at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is the first time Fiziev has headlined an event in the UFC and he sure did make a statement with his performance inside the octagon today.

Rafael defeated Dos Anjos via TKO in the final round and announced that he is the best Rafael in the UFC. This was Fiziev’s catch in the lead-up to the fight and he was very determined to show the world he is the best Rafael in UFC. After his win against RDA, Fiziev was presented with the opportunity to call out anyone he wanted but the fighter instead chose to call out tennis legend Rafael Nadal in a fight to know who the best Rafael in all of the sports is.

Michael Bisping who conducted the post-fight octagon interview was left speechless when he wanted to ask Fiziev a question about the fight. “Now I wanna say, now we know who the best Rafael in UFC. And now I wanna make a new challenge, ‘Who is the best Rafael in sports?’ Rafael Nadal, come here,” said Fiziev hilariously as he called out a fight against the Tennis legend.

Bisping did his best to bring back Fiziev into talking about the fight but the exciting lightweight was still in a mood for jokes as he called out the tennis legend once again. When Bisping asked who he wanted to call out, Fiziev once again said, “Rafael Nadal. Where him? I can beat him in his sport too.” Watch the full post-fight octagon interview below:
