“You will come as fan boy” – Sean O’Malley’s ‘Conor McGregor’ dreams get HARSH reality check from Ilia Topuria boasting star power

Sean O’Malley and Ilia Topuria have gone back and forth in recent times. The two have expressed interest in fighting each other on multiple occasions. As such, ‘Suga’ recently compared Topuria to be his Eddie Alvarez to Conor McGregor. Now, Topuria responded to O’Malley for his mockery.
Ilia Topuria, in his recent tweet, shut the dream of Sean O’Malley and said their matchup would never come to fruition. Further, he trolled the bantamweight champion for his younger fan base and PPV numbers. Also, ‘El Matador’ surprisingly included Conor McGregor’s name in the tweet and claimed to fight him next. Here is what Topuria said:
I offered to fight you but the UFC told me that you are only good for fighting in teenagers' places, because that’s your only fan base. Our fight will never happen. After fighting Volk I will fight Conor. and you will come as a fan boy. Recently, many fighters aimed to become a double champion, and Sean O’Malley wasn’t an exemption. As such, he wanted to move up to featherweight and challenge Ilia Topuria for the championship. However, ‘El Matador’ wasn’t a champion yet. He has to go through Alexander Volkanovski to claim the 145lbs title. As such, their fight takes place at UFC 298 in February 2024.
Also, Sean O’Malley has his own business to take care of. He fights Marlon Vera in a heated rematch for UFC 299 in March 2024. Earl. ‘Suga’ wants to avenge his only loss. If he does and Ilia Topuria manages to win the featherweight title, a champ-champ super fight might be on the card. However, both the weight divisions were stacked with contenders, and it would be a tough job for the UFC to match them up.

The Tweet war between Sean O’Malley and Ilia Topurios doesn’t end anytime soon. Earlier, the two went back and forth numerous times in 2023. Now, they were back at it, with both of them going into action in the subsequent months. Recently, ‘El Matador’ responded with trolls for a comment made by Sean O’Malley on X. In his response, Topuria mocked O’Malley’s fanbase and his PPV numbers. Now, ‘Suga’ fired back shots at the featherweight contender.

In reply to Ilia Topuria, Sean O’Malley pointed out the inaccuracies in his tweet. Firstly, he mentioned not understanding the troll about ‘teenagers’ places.’ Here is what he said:
