“He’s definition of an UPTIGHT C**T,” Sean Strickland brutally disses Luke Rockhold in response to Rockhold’s retirement
Luke Rockhold- Sean Strickland
Sean Strickland doesn’t have many foes in the fight game, or at least he doesn’t hate many people, except for Luke Rockhold. Strickland, who last fought at UFC 276 when he fought and lost to former GLORY champion Alex Pereira via first-round knockout, is now scheduled to fight former middleweight title challenger Jared Cannonier on the October 15 fight card. Strickland is 25-4 in his overall MMA career with 14 wins via finishes.
Strickland’s significant wins include the likes of Uriah Hall, Jack Hermansson and many more. Strickland is a fighter training out of Xtreme Couture in Las Vegas alongside the likes of UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou, former UFC bantamweight champion Miesha Tate and many more. Strickland also occasionally trains with American Top Team fighters such as Kayla Harrison and Johnny Eblen and also All-Stars’ fighters Khamzat Chimaev and Darren Till.

Sean Strickland will be glad to not hear Luke Rockhold’s name in the MMA community in future
In an interview with The Schmo, Strickland talks about his upcoming fight against Cannonier, his take on Cannonier’s last fight- a title fight against Israel Adesanya at UFC 276, training with Kayla Harrison, training with Khamzat Chimaev and many more. In the midst of all, Strickland also responds to former UFC middleweight champion Luke Rockhold retiring from the sport of MMA after his unanimous decision loss to former UFC title challenger Paulo Costa.
“You will not meet a human being that meets Luke Rockhold and says ‘Man, this is a solid guy. I want to go hang out with him,'” says Strickland “Luke Rockhold is the definition of what an uptight c**t is and I am glad I didn’t have to hear his name or see him in the MMA community,” concluded Strickland.
The roots of Strickland’s hate for Rockhold might be built in the fact that both were once booked to fight each other in late 2021 and Rockhold injured himself making him finally pull out of the fight, however, days later, Rockhold was seen doing some sort of physical recreational activities that infuriated Strickland. What do you make of Strickland’s words for Rockhold? Who would’ve won if they both fought inside the Octagon?
