Sean Strickland is an altogether different character on Twitter. That’s why people find him weirdly interesting. Sean Strickland was also in the news for posting homophobic messages on social media.
But quite recently when news broke that Elon Musk has placed a bid for the social media giant many people were excited and so was Sean. Sean Strickland took to Twitter hailing Elon Musk as a person who respects free speech. Twitter is often criticized for censoring the opinions of the far-right and also deleted the account of the former Republican president of the United States of America. Will Sean’s wish of Elon owning Twitter will come true or not we will find out in the near future.
Sean Strickland is all set to face rising prospect Alex Pereira in July
Sean is on a massive six-fight win streak. His latest win comes against Jack Hermansson. According to ESPN, he is set to take on Alex Pereira in July. Alex Pereira is a rising middleweight contender and is a massive kickboxing superstar.
Alex in his kickboxing days has knocked out Israel Adesanya multiple times. It’ll be interesting to watch him fight against Sean Strickland. Although he won his last fight he was seen struggling against his opponent’s wrestling. He was a kickboxing world champion a few years ago.
If he manages to win his fight against Sean then he will need to win a couple more fights for a possible shot at the title. It will be a fan’s dream come true to watch Alex against Israel Adesanya as he can be the first one to challenge Israel for the middleweight throne. Even Joe Rogan praises Alex Pereira in his podcast ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’. Unfortunately, there is still some time for Alex to face Israel.
