“I’m not stable enough” – Sean Strickland regrets ranting about Ronda Rousey’s suicidal thoughts on Brendan Schaub’s podcast

Sean Strickland is no stranger to controversies. His recent rant on superstar Ronda Rousey has gotten the fighter in hot water. The UFC middleweight reflects on his controversial rant.
Recently Brendan Schaub, former UFC fighter, invited the top-ranked middleweight, Sean Strickland on his popular Food Truck Diaries Podcast. Strickland is known to be a wildman and he sure did live up to that on the podcast. Strickland went on a brutal rant about superstar Ronda Rousey crying on “c*nt” Ellen De Generes’ show after her loss against Holly Holm.
Strickland took to Instagram to address his controversial rant and believes he is not stable enough to do podcasts anymore. “Just finished a Brendon Schaub podcast. I think this might be the last one I do…I’m not stable enough to speak…after awhile I start advocating for puppy murder,” wrote Strickland in his Instagram post.
This is not the first time that Strickland has found himself in trouble. Throughout his career, the fighter has managed to piss off the entire MMA community with his controversial comments on mental health issues. Strickland has once again found himself in trouble after commenting on the former UFC champ’s mental health following a loss.

Sean Strickland admits his “filter drops” while doing podcasts
After posting a picture on Instagram that suggested the fighter will never do any podcasts. Strickland went on to post another video on his Instagram that addressed the controversial Ronda Rousey rant.
The UFC middleweight said, “Sorry guys, I hate podcasts. I hate podcasts because as I start talking, I get angry, my f**king filter drops, and I say sh*t that is taken out of f**king context.” Strickland criticized the UFC legend for claiming she wanted to kill herself after her brutal loss to Holly Holm. “Tarzan” believes Rousey, who is one of the most popular fighters, shouldn’t have “glorified” depression.
Strickland is coming off the biggest loss of his career and has promised to not get on any podcasts from here on. The fighter acknowledges that his rant was out of line and has vowed to solely focus on bouncing back from his loss to Alex Pereira at UFC 276.
