The rivalry between Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg went to the next level after the Meta CEO launched a rival application to Twitter. Musk said that he bought Twitter for billions of dollars, only for Zuckerberg to copy-paste and launch a new social media app leading to some animosity. Recently, Musk started training with legends George St-Pierre and John Danaher to improve his MMA skillset.
A Twitter account, datahazard went viral for a tweet involving Zuckerberg and Musk. The account tweeted that Musk protects free speech, whereas Zuckerberg protects brand speech. This refers to Zuckerberg replying to the famous Wendy’s food chain who, suggested the Meta CEO invest in space journeys to rival Musk yet again. However, it did not sit well with Elon. He went on Twitter to affirm the company’s intention to protect free speech.
Then, Musk did Zuckerberg dirty with a nasty tweet. Musk wrote, “Zuck is a c**k.” The datahazard account also posted a tweet involving the part Zuckerberg’s Facebook played in quantifying the tragic death of George Floyd to increase social engagement and widespread appeal. Datahazard also stated that Zuckerberg donated billions of dollars to the Democrat party. Hence that is the reason why datahazard said that Zuckerberg protected brand speech.
Musk remains keen on fighting Zuckerberg in the cage. The billionaire accepted the Italian government’s invitation to fight at the Colosseum. Even Zuckerberg remains interested in the fight. Dana White and the UFC will need to figure out how to move forward with a PPV main event involving the two billionaires. Meanwhile Elon is training with legendary fighter GSP for the upcoming bout.
