“Time ya man up”- Tony Ferguson hits out at Khabib Nurmagomedov yet again, calls for a fight amid talks of TUF season

Ferguson has again called out his former rival Nurmagomedov
Tony Ferguson could be in the old age home one day and still find time to take shots at Khabib Nurmagomedov. The rivals who have been set to fight for a decade never met each other across the octagon but it seems the competitor in Tony wants some kind of closure as he’s looking at any and all avenues to compete against Nurmagomedov.
The duo was initially set to face each other way back at The Ultimate Fighter Season 22 Finale. Around 3 months before the fight Nurmagomedov had to withdraw due to an injury he suffered during training. The next three occasions on which they were scheduled to fight would also fall out due to either one of the two backing out due to weight complications and freak injuries.
All this came to an end when the two were booked to fight in April of 2020, and for once it seemed like the story of the LW division for the last half-decade would finally find some closure. Then a global pandemic happened that shut down the entire sports industry hence canceling the bout for the 5th time.

Tony Ferguson calls Khabib Nurmagomedov a Fatty
After Khabib’s retirement due to his father’s death and Tony’s losing skid all hopes for the fight happening were shut off. That is until Tony Ferguson suggested that the two coach a season of the Ultimate Fighter. Khabib and his management were enticed with the idea and even proposed to get it done under the Eagle FC banner. Even UFC head Dana White saw it as a viable option that may also work as a backdoor to get Khabib back in the competition.
Since the initial acceptance, however, there has not been much of a response from Khabib’s side since. Hence Tony saw the only natural way to go, taunting the Dagestani on social media until he responds again.
On Twitter Ferguson said, “Hey Khabieber You Done W/ Your World Tour Yet?” a reference to Khabib touring across America to promote his MMA organization while also calling him Justin Bieber. He then called out Nurmagomedov for a real coaches challenge, that being a Pie-eating contest.
Saying, “Times Time to Make Some Real Noise Buddy” Ferguson ended the message saying he will be the only loss in Khabib’s career with 29-1
