Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler already shared an intense face-off inside the octagon, and the former hasn’t even made his UFC comeback yet. A clip from The Ultimate Fighter 31 has made rounds on the internet, showing ‘The Notorious’ shoving Michael Chandler with force.

McGregor and fellow UFC star Chandler will share the stage for the first time as they coach the two teams inside ESPN’s TUF 31. It is scheduled to release later this May, and the first glimpses from the series are being released to the public. The clipping showed McGregor and Chandler entering a heated discussion where the Irishman shoves Chandler with force as the two coaches come face to face inside the octagon.

This TUF season is McGregor’s second stint as a coach as he makes his return to the fight world. His first appearance was in 2015 against then-coach Urijah Faber, and it is still one of the most-watched seasons of the series. Clips from the season still flood the internet. Thus this season, as McGregor makes his comeback, he is predicted to do numbers higher than ever. Conor McGregor has been out since his serious leg injury in his trilogy fight against Dustin Poirier back in 2021.

This season of The Ultimate Fighter features Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler. Both are set to fight later this year as part of McGregor’s UFC comeback. With such an underlying rivalry already existing among the coaches, both fighters will be going in with different energies into this season. They will be coaching teams of bantamweights and lightweights consisting of both seasoned as well as rookie fighters from each division.
