Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone walked away from combat sports after a decorated career spanning 55 professional fights. He came up short in his final fight against Jim Miller at UFC 276 and decided to retire. However, the story is not complete for Cowboy. His days as a combat sports fighter are over, but he will now enter the entertainment business in his post-fighting days.

Donald Cerrone has signed a deal with Alchemy Entertainment for film and television representation. Cowboy does not intend to stay at his ranch and do “Cowboy stuff.” He has been appearing in small roles in film and television series since 2017, but now he can do that full-time. Starting with his appearance on the show, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia and Godless in 2017, Cerrone has taken up acting roles whenever his UFC career and fighting lifestyle gave him time.

He had brief acting roles opposite Denzel Washington in The Equaliser 2 and Mark Wahlberg in Spenser Confidential. It is reported that he will star opposite Frank Grillo in Lights Out (unrelated to the horror film released in 2016) and has completed filming Mojave Diamonds, which will be released this year.

He also had a leading role in the film Terror on the Prairie alongside former MMA fighter Gina Carano. Conservative media outlet Daily Wire produced the film, and critics gave it an 83% Rotten Tomato score. With a host of roles coming by, Cowboy can take his skills as a fighter and do some of his stunts in the Hollywood arena.

Former President Donald Trump appeared at UFC 287 to support his friend and fellow Republican Jorge Masvidal. The crowd cheered massively for Donald Trump, and he hung out with Dana White, Kid Rock and Mike Tyson at the event.

However, the same week Donald Cerrone met up with the former President in Florida. They took pictures, and Cerrone posted them on his Instagram account. Cerrone is also a Republican and has had similar views to Trump on matters such as Covid and the ban on transgender athletes in woman’s sports.

Trump is going to once again run for the Presidency. He has started his campaign and will look to win the Republican primary next year and establish his candidacy as the Republican nominee. Cerrone will look to make a name for himself in Hollywood after recently signing a deal with Alchemy Entertainment for representation.
