During his regime, he had his tussle with Urijah Faber, when Henry defeated Marlon Moraes at the main event of UFC 238. After his big win, Cejudo took the opportunity to call out Faber. Urijah responded on the “Joe Rogan Experience” where he stated, “You can’t deny that he’s got a mindset that is champion to the utmost. Gold medal as young as he did in the Olympics and then becoming a two-time champion, two different weight classes, two of the toughest weight classes, incredible. And you saw that champion mindset takeover.”

When Urijah was asked about a potential matchup against Henry he stated, “There’s nothing in the world that excites me more than fighting someone that could possibly be the best of all time in combat sports. How exciting is that for somebody who has got their own goal to do that? Then, Dominick Cruz, you can never count that guy out. He’s a champion of champions as well. So I liked his callouts.”

In a recent interview with Helen Lee, Faber admitted he was a fan of Henry, however, he felt that he has not been promoted enough. In the interview, he stated, “The problem is, I know Henry, I’m a fan of Henry but he’s been out for a while. That’s not a comment on his fighting, it means about promotions. He hasn’t been in the UFC’s process of blowing guys up.”

Henry is soon to be expected to make a return, most likely his comeback would be for a title fight either at 135 or 145. Regardless of either of those, his comeback would be highly exciting as he is definitely one of the legends of the game.
