Khamzat Chimaev spars with Ramzan Kadyrov and gets dominated by the dictator. Kadyrov is the current Head of the Chechen Republic and has major control over the region and its people. Kadyrov is a huge MMA fan and has his own MMA gym, Akhmat Fight Club and also operates Absolute Championship Akhmat promotion. Because of his stature and love for the sport, most of the MMA fighters in Chechnya are associated with him.
However, Kadyrov is a highly controversial figure and has allegedly been responsible for violating several human rights of the people. With his connection with MMA, Kadyrov tries to gain a positive image for the outside world as a promoter of MMA. While this can be considered as sports washing nothing much can be done here as nobody can step up against him.
Currently with the ongoing Russia and Ukraine disputes, Kadyrov is acting as an ally to Putin and is giving him maximum support. In a recent interview with BBC, Kadyrov revealed that he and his associates are now considering Poland as their targets after they are done with Ukraine. He said :
“Issue of Ukraine is closed,interested in Poland. After Ukraine, if we’re given the command, in six seconds we’ll show you what we’re capable of.”
With having power like that it’s obvious for every MMA fighter to respect and simply agree with whatever Kadyrov says and does. It doesn’t even matter if you are the rising star of UFC like Khamzat Chimaev.

Khamzat Chimaev spars with Ramzan Kadyrov
Karim Zidan, a popular sports and politics journalist, recently shared a clip in his Twitter account which shocked many MMA fans.
In the video, Chimaev can be seen sparring with Kadyrov and his sons in his gym. What looked odd in the clip was that the dictator and his sons are looking pretty good against ‘Borz’.
It looked like Chimaev was getting dominated unlike what fans have seen him doing inside the octagon. But the reason behind such an act was pretty clear as Chimaev is a native in that place and had no other choice to playfully act around the dictator.
In the comments section many twitter users had the same thing to say as the risks involved in this for Chimaev is extremely high.
