Daniel Cormier and Belal Muhammad went hooping against each other. International fight week is an annual UFC event in which fight fans get the opportunity to enjoy the sport better than ever. This year, other than the massive UFC 276 Pay-per-view event on Saturday, UFC also included many other events. UFC Hall of Fame ceremony and UFC X are the most notable ones.

On the occasion of the international fight week, UFC welterweight Belal Muhammad made an open challenge and tagged other UFC superstars for a basketball game.

But later Muhammad announced that the game is not going to happen. He wrote, ” Uh something came up the game got canceled sorry.”

Daniel Cormier who was tagged by Muhammad in the previous tweet jokingly made fun of Muhammad. He claimed that Muhammad got scared and cancelled the match.

” I knew yo ass was scared always talking. There is not one MMA fighter that wants to see me on the court.”

Earlier today, MMA reporter Halen Yee shared a clip on her official Twitter account. In the clip, DC and Muhammad can be seen going against each other on the basketball court.

In the clip, DC had the ball and was trying to go past Muhammad but was relatively slow given the former UFC champ is currently 43 years old. However, his passes were pretty neat. It seems like both the superstars finally got the opportunity to play basketball against each other.

Muhammad shared Halen’s tweet on his Twitter account and captioned it by saying ” Locked that man up,” referring to Cormier.

DC is an lovable individual with a massive fan following and things like these are extremely entertaining for the fans who miss him fighting inside the octagon. Cormier recently got inducted into the 2022 UFC Hall of Fame and was awarded in the ceremony.
