The UFC 284 press conference was one of the most electrifying ones in recent memory. The Australian fans went berserk during the press conference and were very keen on supporting Aussie fighters on the card.

American UFC welterweight, Randy Brown was asked about his experience in Australia ahead of his scheduled bout at UFC 284 against Jack Della. On picking up the mic to answer the question, Brown was booed by the Aussie crowd as a way to show support for their hometown hero, Jack Della.

On hearing the boos, Randy Brown displayed his showmanship by flipping the middle finger onto the ferocious Australian crowd in Perth. “I love Perth. I love you guys but I have to play spoiler to your boy. I’m sorry,” Brown said as the Aussie fans started cheering.

Randy Brown will take on Aussie fighter, Jack Della in a welterweight bout scheduled right before the co-main event between Yair Rodriguez and Josh Emmett at UFC 284. The new wave of welterweight fighters will have a deciding matchup to become future top 10 contenders of their division.

“I’ve been overlooked my entire career” – Randy Brown is tired of being the underdog

In a recent presser ahead of UFC 284, welterweight fighter, Randy Brown expressed dejection after becoming an underdog on the betting line. Despite winning 6 of his last 7 fights, the Jamaican fighter opened as a huge underdog against Jack Della.

All the hype is well deserved. He (Jack Della) is really good. But I am being overlooked. Listen, I’ve been overlooked my entire career. I guess that’s the nature of my story,” Randy Brown complained. Brown is currently on a 4-fight win streak in the UFC and is looking forward to a clean victory.

Since joining the UFC in 2016, Randy Brown (16-4) has made a great UFC run with notable wins over Niko Price, Warlley Alves, and Alex Oliveira. Some of his recent losses have come from Vicente Luque and Belal Muhammad in the welterweight division.

Jack Della will come prepared for the matchup with Brown as the hometown hero looks to move up in ranking. Coming off a 10-fight win streak in the UFC, Della will enter the octagon as a more confident fighter.
