Colby Covington is not happy with all the fighters who are disagreeing with Colby fighting for UFC welterweight belt against Leon Edwards.

Dana White has already cleared that there will be one fighter – Colby Covington, who will be facing the current champ in the welterweight division Leon Edwards. There were many questions raised not just by Jorge Masvidal and Gilbert Burns but by many other fighters.

Colby Covington was also the part of weigh-ins when Kamaru Usman and Leon Edwards were about to face each other for the third time. At UFC 286 Colby Covington was present at the weigh-in for the back which also proved to be influencing the UFC President. Dana White already said “Chaos” will be getting the next title shot.

For now, the bout is currently under process and there is no news if the bout is official yet or not. But there are expectations that Colby and Leon will be competing against each other this summer in England. If Edwards says “no” to Covington as an opponent then Covington claims that the promotion company will strip him of his belt.

“It’s about the time, as the undisputed, undefeated champion of the world, it’s about time I unify my title with Leon Edwards Scissor Hands. He ain’t got nowhere to go now. He’s been crying, ‘oh, I deserve this, oh I deserve…’. No, you don’t deserve sh*t,” Covington told in the latest interview via submission radio.

Why there is so much ‘Chaos’ that Colby Covington might be fighting against Leon Edwards?

Earlier Colby was asked to fight against that time Champ Kamaru Usman and he failed to beat him two times. And Colby Covington is also not much active and hasn’t impressed many of the fighters. Also, his win over Jorge Masvidal was considered to be one-sided.

This also created Chaos in the mind of current Champ Leon Edwards, he is not agreeing with Dana. To this Colby Covington came up with the reply “You do as you’re told, boy. You don’t make these decisions at the UFC. That’s Dana White’s job. You just sit there and you fight the next challenger in line. That’s me. So, Leon, nowhere to go, nowhere to hide now, bitch. I’ll see you.”

Currently, Gilbert burns also in line after defeating Masvidal at UFC 287. But Dana White has completely shut the light off for him but gave him the Hope of being the next contender as per Durinho’s request. Gilbert Burns will be a backup when Leon and Colby will be competing in the upcoming summer season in England.
