“Send a contract”- Nate Diaz calls for a fight against Michael Chandler after ‘spending a year on ice’

Michael Chandler Nate Diaz
Nate Diaz, a UFC fan favorite, believes he could choke out Charles Oliveira if they ever fought. Diaz knows how to make a stir on social media, as we all know. The veteran has the potential to get the entire mixed martial arts world talking about him – as we are right now – whether it’s by calling out other fighters or simply saying something outrageous.
In the main event of UFC 274, Charles Oliveira took a major step forward in his UFC career by defeating Justin Gaethje. Of course, Diaz took advantage of the occasion to express his thoughts on how he would do in a fight with ‘Do Bronx.’
He took to Twitter and stated, “Just for the record I’d choke Olivera easy.”
Michael Chandler stunned the world when he stunned Tony Ferguson with a highlight-reel front-kick knockout at UFC 274. He went even farther, cutting a blazing promo in which he called for a rematch against Charles Oliveira or Justin Gaethje, as well as a fight versus Conor McGregor at 170 pounds.
Chandler, one of Oliveira’s earlier opponents, appeared to defend him in response. After witnessing the Brazilian’s progress and newfound resilience firsthand at UFC 262 in May, the former Bellator champion stated his response “shut up and stop complaining. Keep your mouth shut. Keep your head down until your daddy books a fight for you to get your sacrificial dome bounced off the canvas again. Maybe it’ll be me…if you’re lucky. See you at the top!”
After being “on ice for a year,” Nate Diaz demands a bout with Michael Chandler.

Nate Diaz has been vocal about his current dissatisfaction with the UFC, constantly demanding a fight to satisfy his contractual duties. The Stockton native has one fight left on his current contract and has been looking for a fight to quit the organization as quickly as possible, but UFCpromotion has forced him to wait. He is looking for an opponent for his last fight.
He reacted to Chandler’s callout on Twitter wherein he stated, “UFC got me on ice for a year now chandlers obviously ready to fight send a contract it’s time”
Diaz is well-known for his massive gas tank and tenacity. Chandler, on the other hand, is recognized for his fast-paced fighting style. A battle between these two contenders is almost guaranteed to be explosive.
