“Can’t be both”- Rafael dos Anjos calls for Dana White to strip Jorge Masvidal of the BMF belt

Rafael Dos anjos vs Jorge Masvidal
Rafael Dos Anjos believes that a UFC athlete who sucker-punches people outside the octagon is just not a good human being and indicates that a line needs to be drawn, adds that the BMF titleholder Jorge Masvidal wasn’t eligible anymore. This could’ve also been an indirect dig at Conor since he too sucker-punched an old man in a bar two years ago.
Rafael Dos Anjos asks Dana on Twitter to ‘Hand over’ the BMF belt as a BMF couldn’t be a sucker puncher too, in his point of view. Dos Anjos’ last time out was coincidentally in the co-main event of UFC 272 which preceded Covington vs. Masvidal. Having a late opponent change, “RDA” wound up facing, and battering, Renato “Moicano” Carneiro.
It seems as though Dos Anjos was indicating who his next opponent could be and also who the next BMF might be since no one else other than Nate Diaz had lost in that contention. Jorge Masvidal is probably thinking of a comeback and it would be interesting to share his take on who his next opponent would be.

The Notorious pops out of nowhere and replies to Rafael’s comment on Masvidal. The old foes who were on the path to a clash couldn’t successfully try to take each other’s heads off because Dos Anjos had to pull out due to an injury. Six years later, Rafael still thinks that it’s a good idea for him and the Irishman to go at it in the octagon.
“Pulled out with a sore toe in what would have been the biggest fight of your bloodline’s existence.” McGregor replied. “Past, present, and future. You are never eligible.”
Shortly after Conor’s taunt, Dos Anjos countered with: “Says the b—ch that needs bodyguards to go weigh in and taps to rear-naked chokes too scared to go to sleep…”. Dos Anjos who is on a two-fight win streak doesn’t want new faces for challenges but the old seasoned fighters.
