“Fight to the death on Youtube,” Sean Strickland lays out hilarious $5 million fight challenge for Jake Paul on behalf of Jorge Masvidal

Jake Paul- Sean Strickland

UFC Middleweight Sean Strickland is either one of two things between extremely crazy or extremely hilarious. For those who have different perspective, sure he is playing a gimmick of a mad fighter that is all about saying out mad stuff fearlessly. Regardless, it’s not just his mad gimmick but his talent as a fighter to that speaks volumes on his name.

With a five-fight winning streak, Strickland is 24-3 in his overall MMA career and his last fight landed him on the biggest victory of his career when he outclassed Uriah Hall in striking. Strickland is now in training camp for his February 2022 fight against Jack Hermansson at UFC Fight Night 200.

To brief up the history, Jake Paul initially issued a fighting deal for UFC Welterweight Jorge Masvidal after knocking out Masvidal’s friend and former UFC Welterweight Champion Tyron Woodley. Paul and Masvidal went their own verbal back and forth surprisingly after Masvidal having helped Paul in the training camp for Paul’s third pro-boxing bout against Ben Askren.

The bad blood started right after Paul and Woodley agreed to fight each other for the first time back in August. Paul also called the UFC fighters as Dana White’s “employees” while referring to himself as a “CEO” in the same breath on his brother Logan Paul’s podcast titled IMPAULSIVE.

As per Paul, the deal involved Masvidal getting a guaranteed purse of $5 million, which Masvidal dismissed for accepting, calling the money “chump change” and issued a challenge to Paul back calling him out to come to the UFC in a one-fight deal for a cage-boxing match.

Here comes the inevitable tornado by the name of Sean Strickland and puts Paulin a tweet to accept his own challenge.@jakepaul you offer me 5 MILLION to fight you, fuck we can fly to a deserted island in international water and fight to the death on YouTube for that kind of money… bareknuckle, gloves, knives, clubs…. lol! Let’s fucking go.. @GamebredFighter

What do you make of this hilarious intervention by Sean Strickland into this situation? Do you think Strickland and Paul will fight each other? Who do you think wins in a boxing match?
