Jon Jones was arrested moments after his induction into the UFC Hall of Fame. The fighter was jailed on charges of domestic battery and damaging a vehicle. These incidents were reported to have happened at Caesars Palace. While many were disappointed with the fighter’s behavior, some were just not surprised given the history Jones has had with the law.

Jones was inducted into the Hall of Fame for his fight against Alexander Gustaffson in 2013 at UFC 165. Even at the event while talking to the media, Jon Jones said he wouldn’t want to go back to his past and just focus on becoming the heavyweight champion. One of the biggest rivals for Jones in the UFC has been Israel Adesanya. The middleweight champion has gone back and forth with the former light heavyweight champion. Izzy yesterday had the last laugh on his Instagram story posting a picture of Daniel Cormier with the caption “Good Morning”.

Kevin Holland, who is known to be a troll in the UFC made a sarcastic comment on ESPN’s post about the fighter’s arrest. “Innocent,” he wrote reacting to the news.

UFC President Dana White was shocked that Jones was capable of doing this. “It’s not even shocking anymore, When we bring him here, it’s almost expected,” he said.

Ali Abdelaziz believes people should not jump the gun and judge Jones.

Colby Covington did not hold back and wrote, “So that’s why JonnyBones beefed up to heavyweight? Dude is a Scumbag Hall of Famer. First ballot.”
