UFC Flyweights Brandon Royval and Rogerio Bontorin put on a good show on the feet but even exciting scrambling on the mat at UFC Vegas 46. In the end, the fight was so close that even we had the wrong fighter winning, but the fight could’ve gone either way, it was that freaking close! Round 2: Bontorin starts the round blasting another takedown. Royval attempted a triangle but Bontorin takes the back by his strength. It’s a dangerous position for Royval. An escape from the back control and Royval tries to get Bontorin in a full guard. Bontorin dismisses that attempt. Royval gets back on his feet. Some cage side wrestling and Royval escapes. Some intense trading of punches from both sides and Bontorin goes for another takedown.

Bontorin throws a big straight to stop Royval’s setup. As both the fighters come to the centre of the octagon, Bontorin lands another takedown. FirstSportz has it 10-9 in favour of Bontorin.
Round 3: Royval never slows down and is trying to put the striking pressure. Royval is looking to follow corner advice to get his head of the centre to avoid Bontorin’s straights.
