UFC Vegas 54 main card kicks off with an amazing flyweight matchup of Jake Hadley vs Allan Nascimento.
UFC Vegas 54 takes place at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada. The fight night is headlined by the exciting light heavyweight matchup between Jan Blachowicz and Aleksandar Rakic. In the undercard, we have two new flyweights looking to kick off their UFC career in great fashion. The undefeated Jake Hadley takes on Allan Nascimento in this amazing matchup.

He has a record of 8-0-0 in his career. Allan Nascimento on the other hand is coming off a loss to Tagir Ulbanbekov at UFC 267 in 2021. Allan has a record of 18-6-0 in his professional career.

Jake Hadley struggles against Allan Nascimento
Round 1 Both the fighters take the center of the octagon. Nascimento is cornered by the UFC lightweight king Charles Oliveira. With no time wasted, Allan takes the fight immediately to the ground. Looks for the finish and tries to get the ankle lock. Great control by Nascimento putting Hadley in trouble. No submission for Allan as Hadley gets up on his feet only to hear the sound of the bell.
Round 2 Nascimento follows the instructions of Oliveira and switches up his game plan. He goes for the kicks immediately and then immediately takes Hadley to the mat. Nascimento trying hard to keep the fight on the canvas. Not a lot of action from both the flyweights. Finally, Hadley is back to his feet but time expires. Hadley desperately needs a finish.
Round 3 Once again Allan is back to the ground. Goes for a choke immediately from the top but cannot work well from that position. Dave is now in a position where he has to defend himself from a D’Arce choke. Hadley is back on his feet and Nascimento puts on the pressure immediately. Another takedown attempt from Nascimento but Hadley manages to get on top of the Brazilian. The fight ends with Nascimento trying to rain down punches as the bell goes.
