UFC light heavyweight is put on notice by the rising light heavyweight contender Jamahal Hill. The 31-year-old fighter has stunned the division with his performances inside the octagon and “Sweet Dreams” Hill believes the world is yet to see his full potential inside theoctagon.
Jamahal Hill is one of the most promising talents in the UFC light heavyweight division. The fighter is only 31 years old and has shown sparks of great talent which have made many fans put a lot of hype behind him. The fighter however believes the growing hype in the UFC will see greater heights once the world witnesses what he is truly capable of. Jamahal has already shown that he is one of the most exciting fighters on the roster.
Only three years into the promotion, Jamahal is now scheduled to fight one of the best light heavyweight contenders of all time Thiago Santos. The fight takes place at UFC Vegas 59 in Las Vegas. Hill talks to Mike Heck at UFC X Fan Expo and previews his main event fight against the veteran. This is the first time Hill will be headlining a UFC event and it is only his 7th fight for the promotion.
Jamahal Hill comments on his growing hype among fans
Jamahal’s fights have always been action-packed with some brutal punches. Hill has crazy power which is an immediate catch among the fans. The light heavyweight fighter has shown glimpses of what he can do inside the octagon and the fans are fully invested. Hill talks to Mike Heck about this in his latest interview. “I’ve noticed the awakening, a kind of, where people are starting to wake up and realize a little bit more of the things that I’m capable of,” says Hill talking to MMA Fighting’s Mike Heck.
“I don’t think it’s there yet. I don’t think it’s fully there yet. A part of that is because I have not reached my full potential yet. I’m still growing, I’m still learning, and I’m still getting better. I’ve barely even shown anything that I can do.”
Jamahal is now 10-1 in his professional career. The fighter currently sits at the #10 ranking of the light heavyweight division and dreams of being the champion one day. Finishing the veteran, Thiago Santos in style this weekend could possibly see Jamahal Hill breaking through the top five of the division.
