Khamzat Chimaev drops UFC 273 training camp vlog

Khamzat Chimaev‘s training camp for UFC 273 is under full fledge and the welterweight star has some visitors in his camp. Chimaev meets UFC legend Donald Cerrone, rising middleweight Sean Strickland, and others.

UFC 273 takes place at the  VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, Florida on April 9th. Despite the card featuring two title fights, there is no doubt that the fans will have all their eyes on Gilbert Burns vs Khamzat Chimaev. The two welterweight contenders take on each other in what could possibly turn out to be a title contender fight.

Chimaev is the biggest welterweight prospect currently and is one of the favorites to become champion in the coming years. Chimaev is also one of the most dominant fighters in the game right now and one cannot simply get to this level without intense training. ‘Frontkick.online’ dropped a vlog on their YouTube channel that shows his training camp and features Donald Cerrone, Sean Strickland, who share a few words on the fighter.

Donald Cerrone is a legend of the sport and Chimaev has the most respect for him. At the UFC Performance Institute, Cerrone meets up with Chimaev and invites him to his ranch in New Mexico. Khamzat is a huge fan of guns and says he would love to come train and check out Cowboy’s shooting range later.

Sean Strickland reveals what makes Khamzat Chimaev special

The vlog shows Darren Till playing around with Strickland. “Ah I think he’s going to kill him,” said Sean when asked about Chimaev’s upcoming fight. “The thing that is good with Khamzat is his belief. He believes in himself to the core and that takes you a long way.” Sean believes Khamzat is going to be “too big” and “too much” for Burns in their upcoming fight.

Chimaev is currently 10-0 as a professional fighter. He has only four fights in the UFC and has walked through all of the opponents presented before him. Chimaev is one of the most hyped fighters currently among fans in the UFC right now. The Swedish MMA fighter is coming off an ecstatic win against Li Jingliang at UFC 267 in Abu Dhabi.
