Vanessa Demopoulos is more than just a professional fighter. The UFC strawweight shows off her pole dancing skills as she welcomes The Schmo to her home.

Vanessa Demopoulos blew up after her performance against Silvana Gomez Juarez at UFC 270. The fighter showboated an amazing split following her win in 2021 and stunned the entire crowd with her finish. It was later revealed that Vanessa was also a pole dancer. The UFC strawweight recently teamed up with The Schmo for an interview and also got a chance to teach the journalist some of her moves.

Vanessa showed off a stunning pole dancing routine which displayed her athleticism and strength. However, The Schmo couldn’t quite come to grips with the stripping pole. Vanessa is currently 7-4-0 in her professional fighting career. Her record in the Ultimate Fighting Championship is 1-2 with her first two fights ending up in defeats.

After making her way through the Dana White Contender’s Series, Vanessa made her debut at UFC Fight Night: Barboza vs Chikadze. Vanessa was an exotic dancer for more than 13 years and she finally quit leading up to her second appearance. She fought on the early prelims card of UFC 270 and got her first win via an armbar.

“I walked away from being a stripper to continue this camp,” said Vanessa in the post-fight press conference after her iconic split celebration in 2022. “I quit dancing eight weeks ago so I could focus full-time on MMA, take this extremely seriously in the gym every single day.”

Vanessa takes interest in Jiu-Jitsu and looks forward to improving her skills. Vanessa is yet to book her next fight in the octagon. The UFC strawweight could go a long way with her amazing energy and charisma and her improving fighting skills.
