Joe Rogan remains the most influential figure in MMA. The growth of his podcast, Joe Rogan Experience, has enabled him to give his takes and opinions to a much larger audience group. However, it also comes with controversial and conspiratorial opinions from Rogan. In an episode of JRE, he talked about the death of Bernie Sanders’s aide Seth Rich. Rogan’s comments may seem like a conspiracy theory, but Joe Rogan did bring out problematic sides surrounding the case.
He said, “The DNC absolutely rigged the primary against Bernie Sanders. He was aware of this, he was there when all of this was going down. Everyone was aware of it. The got fu***** murdered after he leaked information to the Wikileaks. If you don’t think that is a little weird, what are you looking at?…. When a person is giving information to Wikileaks that exposes corruption inside the very organisation that is responsible for the fu***** Democratic party. It is no conspiracy. It was a botched robber (according to investigation), says who? How come his wallet was there? How come they didn’t take his phone? What the f*** are you talking about that I am a conspiracy theorist when I just tell you the facts.”
In 2016, Joe Rogan supported Bernie Sanders as his choice for Presidency. The entire speculation in 2016 stated that the Democratic Primary rigged in favour of Hilary Clinton. Bernie Sanders could just watch Clinton becoming the Presidential candidate.
However, Rogan has stated some important points about the case being just a robbery. Why didn’t the robbers not take his phone or wallet if it was a robbery? To this day, Rogan does not believe what the investigation reports about the case.
Details surrounding Seth Rich’s murder that puzzles Joe Rogan
Seth Rich was an employee of the Democratic National Committee and an astute Bernie Sanders supporter. In Bloomingdale, a neighbourhood around Washington DC, on 10 July 2016, perprators shot and killed Seth Rich.
Investigators could not pinpoint any perpetrators and believed Rich was a victim of an attempted robbery. The reason why the investigators did not think that it was not an assassination is because of how he was shot. The shots did not target the head area of Rich; if it did, it could provide motive for an assassination. The primary belief renained that an assassination often targets the head of the target.
Since then, many conspiracy theories have flourished on what happened and why Seth Rich was gunned down. Joe Rogan is among them, and he believes that there is foul play in the events that transpired. Rogan asserts that if it was a robbery attempt, then why were his phone and wallet still with him.
