He competes in the welterweight division and has a decent career. He fought Demian Maia at UFC 198, where he lost via TKO. Before his fight, Brown faced problems while coming into the octagon.

While walking from the dressing room to the octagon, Brown had to walk through an agitated crowd. The fight occurred in Brazil, known for its aggressive and passionate crowd. Fans and analysts always criticize the Brazilian fanbase for their behavior. They are the consensus worst fanbase in MMA. The Brazilian fans hindered fighters on their way to the octagon and got removed from the arena.

One of the fans in the crowd pulled Brown’s hoodie back, which caused the fighter to turn around and punch him in the face. The fan was then removed from the arena as a result. The weigh in’s were no less intimidating as fans chanted rude things aimed towards fighters in Portuguese.

Brown remains tied with Derrick Lewis for the most wins via knockout. He was on a rampage of wins before running into Robbie Lawler.
