The latest episode of Raw featured the long-awaited in-ring debut of Uncle Howdy. The Wyatt Sicks leader competed against Chad Gable in the main event of the show. After an enthralling back-and-forth encounter, Howdy secured his first win by delivering Sister Abigail to the 38-year-old star. Moreover, it seemingly put an end to the rivalry between the duo.

Speaking more about the match, Bo Dallas delivered inside the squared circle. Drawing inspiration from his late brother, Bray Wyatt, Howdy adapted similar mannerisms and maneuvers. At one point, American Made interfered in the bout, prompting the rest of Wyatt Sicks to help their leader. As such, a brawl ensued between the two factions. This left Dallas and Gable one-on-one in the ring, allowing the former to pick up the win.

All of the pre-match skepticism regarding Howdy’s in-ring abilities vanished during the bout. Just days after the one-year anniversary of Wyatt’s passing, the Rotunda family will be happy with tonight’s outcome.

Since arriving on the red brand a couple of months ago, The Wyatt Sicks have explained their motivations for following their leader. Additionally, the former NXT Champion revealed why they had targeted Chad Gable, alluding to the latter betraying his family, The Alpha Academy.

Despite his efforts to bring back Otis and Co., Gable found himself alone in the battle. This would all change when he recruited The Creed Brothers and Ivy Nile after months of teases. However, the newly formed faction failed to silence The Wyatt Sicks.

What is next for Uncle Howdy and The Wyatt Sicks after successful in-ring debut on Raw?

Uncle Howdy’s win over Chad Gable signaled the end of their two-month-long rivalry. With that said, The Wyatt Sicks will now look to shift their focus onto their new target. Similar to Gable, the eerie faction might seek revenge on stars who’ve betrayed their fellow teammates and friends.

A few weeks ago, a subtle tease hinted at Wyatt Sicks possibly going after Dakota Kai. The Kiwi star had betrayed her former Damage CTRL ally, Bayley, earlier this year. However, an injury to Kai might’ve postponed plans for any sort of rivalry.

Another possible direction for the Uncle Howdy-led group could be another faction war with The Judgment Day. The new version of the stable recently betrayed two of its members, Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley. Therefore, The Wyatt Sicks could plan on teaching them a lesson by targeting them on next week’s Raw episode.
