Unreal surge seen in Nick Bosa’s jersey sales after his ‘MAGA’ Donald Trump endorsement

The San Francisco 49ers are slowly returning to form after a shaky first few games. As they get used to playing without some star players, the likes of Brock Purdy, Deebo Samuel, and Nick Bosa are adjusting and playing at their best.
That was evident in their last game against the Dallas Cowboys. They did not play to their last season’s all-world form. But the grinding victory was enough to shed the losing record. Now, as they headed into their bye week, all eyes and ears were tuned into what Nick Bosa did towards the end of the game.
After the final whistle blew and the players had mostly left for their lockers, the superstar pass rusher ran back onto the field. He then ended up where his teammates were speaking with reporters. But what caught the eye was him wearing a ‘Make America Great Again’ hat.
Even though he declined to speak more about that at the post-game presser, he did enough to make a statement. The sales department of the NFL and the San Francisco 49ers have felt the aftermath of that statement.

In the NFL official Shop, Nick Bosa’s jersey has become the ‘Most Popular in Men Jerseys’. ML Football even declared that his jersey has sold out in most in-person stores across the country. The validity of the second claim is yet to come from an official source.
But even then, his jersey became one of the most popular jerseys speaks volumes about the impact his MAGA hat-wearing episode generated. He is no doubt one of the ardent followers of Republican nominee Donald Trump.
Nick Bosa and 49ers have to dig deep with season on the line
The San Francisco 49ers might be sitting at 4-4, but it is hardly the position they expected themselves to be in at the start of the season. They were building up for another run at the Super Bowl, and for that, they had to turn up their level of play.
If anything, they will face nine teams in their remaining games, all looking to reach the playoffs. Which will invariably make it difficult for last year’s Super Bowl finalists to have an easy run. The likes of Nick Bosa and his defensive teammates have to turn up their play.
Else, the playoffs might be a pipe dream, let alone the goal of playing for a ring. Whatever they do, they will have to find alternatives after Brandon Aiyuk joined Bosa’s defensive line teammate Javon Hargrave on the season-ending injury list.
