Major update on Jade Cargill’s whereabouts amid conflicting reports about her injury status

In a situation that continues to bewilder the WWE Universe, the curious case of Jade Cargill‘s injury is growing more ambiguous. She was written off from television on SmackDown before Survivor Series: WarGames. Jade was found unconscious on the windshield of a car in the parking area. Initially, it was said that WWE did the angle to cover up a legitimate injury.
Later on, a report from PWInsider debunked those claims, saying it’s part of a storyline. The same outlet is now reporting that Cargill is currently in Hawaii with her family, enjoying holidays. The latest on Jade’s status is that she’s listed on WWE’s internal injury roster, per Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful.
However, the specifics of it remain under wraps. The Storm’s longtime tag team partner, Bianca Belair, has done everything she can to unveil the mystery around Cargill’s backstage ambush. However, The EST hasn’t been able to nab anyone yet. In the meantime, Naomi has filled in Jade’s shoes, replacing the latter as the other half of the women’s tag team champions.
Over the course of the past few weeks, The Queen of Glow has been accused of plotting against Cargill. The fans believe that she’s the one who took out the former AEW star so that she could steal a march over the Texas Smoke owner. Naomi has gone out of her way to deny those allegations.
However, her demeanor on SmackDown lately has been shady. Especially whenever Jade’s name comes up, the real-life Bloodline member flusters visibly. Earlier this year, Belair, Naomi, and Cargill joined forces to form the Big 3 alliance. They defeated Damage CTRL at WrestleMania XL in a six-woman tag team bout.
Are the stars aligning for Jade Cargill vs. Bianca Belair at WrestleMania 41?
At this point, Naomi is supposedly the prime accused in the ongoing Jade Cargill mystery attacker saga. However, WWE may pull off a swerve. What if Bianca Belair was the one who actually orchestrated the entire conspiracy against her partner, Jade?
That’d provide for an impetus to kick off a rivalry between two towering figures of the WWE women’s division—Belair and Cargill. This was a matchup almost everyone had envisioned the moment Jade signed with WWE.
They even came face-to-face in this year’s 30-woman Royal Rumble match, which the fans loved. However, other competitors played spoilsport before they could throw down some haymakers.
If Bianca’s indeed revealed to be the mastermind behind Cargill’s parking lot angle, it’d probably lead to a singles match between them at WrestleMania 41. However, as of now, it’s just a fan theory that’s been floating in wrestling circles on social media.
