The latest episode of NXT ended with a huge reveal in the form of Ethan Page making his WWE debut. This surprise garnered shocking reactions from the WWE Universe. This also led to a hilarious moment between the NXT commentators, Vic Joseph and Booker T.

As the 34-year-old started thrashing Trick Williams, Joseph wondered who the debutant was. When the former AEW star showed his face on camera, the commentator exclaimed that it was none other than Ethan Page. He confirmed with his commentary partner whether the superstar had previously been on AEW.

Midway through saying the company’s name, Joseph was interrupted by Booker T, who didn’t allow him to name the Jacksonville-based promotion fully. The commentators were both cut short as Page picked up a microphone to cut a promo himself.

On the latest episode of NXT, Trick Williams partnered up with Je’Von Evans to face Gallus. After his victory, he was being interviewed by Lash Legend. However, the lights went down, and the NXT champion was blindsided by the debuting superstar, potentially setting up a match between the two for the future.

Booker T showers praise upon Liv Morgan, calls her a utility player

On his Hall of Fame podcast, Booker T recently talked about Liv Morgan versus Becky Lynch at the King & Queen of the Ring PLE. He praised the new Women’s World Champion, and said that she was always ready to step up whenever need be.

He further called her a ‘utility player’. The 59-year-old claimed that she always put herself in a position to go out and win. One could tell that she believed in herself every time she stepped out of the curtain. The WWE Universe could tell that it was a different Liv Morgan when she returned from injury.

The Hall of Famer claimed that one does not always win in the wrestling business because they are a better worker. Sometimes, it happens by attrition. Although Morgan was never looked at as a chosen one, she put herself in a position to be a world champion through her hard work alone.
