Vicente Luque gets it done over Randy Brown

Randy Brown had a 4-inch height advantage and thin legs. Vicente was planned to take those thin legs out and he did that perfectly. Besides that, it took him less time also. With him worrying about his legs it was an overhand right that put Brown on the mat 1st.

Both the fighters used a rounded attack on each other’s lower body and up top. But Vicente was more precise in his action. With the same strategy, the second round started. The duo started attacking each other’s legs.

In the second round, continuing his streak, Luque kicked Randy to the groin by mistake. Once the game restarted and Randy hot up, Luque started action again and drew Brown into a firefight.

Then Luque made a right calf kick which put Randy back on the ground. But once Brown came back on the feet, he cracked Luque with a spinning elbow right on a cut he suffered earlier. Randy made a little comeback then, stating that he had a lot of fight left still.

Near the fence, Luque was able to connect a right knee to the head which made Brown reach for the mat. Vicente then immediately launched his right hands till referee Mark Smith jumped in to stop the fight.

At the post-fight conference then, Vicente proceeded to call-out Nate Diaz then. He claimed that he would love to fight the Stockton slugger who is below him in the Welterweight rankings.
