Over time, the NFL has seen dozens of physical altercations between fans of two different teams. However this Sunday, things got quite escalated when a Baltimore Ravens fan got arrested on the charge of attempted murder of a Washington Commanders fan. 

A video from the Sunday Night Football Matchup went viral on social media, where a Baltimore fan sporting the jersey of quarterback Lamar Jackson, spotted two Washington fans on the street and abruptly attacked them from behind. He started beating them brutally on the streets and a man, who was recording the video screamed, “We’ve got a straggler!

Without any apparent reason or provocation by the two Commanders fans, he started swinging at them, throwing a strong right hook right in the face of one fan, decked in a Sean Taylor jersey, causing him to tumble to the ground. He then diverted his attention to the other one, sporting a Terry McLaurin jersey, and slammed him against a building wall.

With a proud look on his face, he then faced the camera and screamed loudly, “I don’t lose! I don’t f**king lose!”

The Baltimore Police were questioned about this incident, following the Ravens’ 30-23 victory, but they shared not received any calls or reports to issue an arrest warrant. But assured that the police are actively investigating the incident, via the New York Post.

The horrifying incident took place at Cross Street Market along Charles Street, near the M&T Bank stadium. Till Monday, the identity of the attack hadn’t been revealed and the Baltimore Police requested everyone to provide any information they could regarding the aforesaid incident. 

However, due to the seriousness of the incident, his identity has now been disclosed: He is Jack Callis, a Baltimore Ravens fan, who has been arrested following his violent actions. The consequences of his actions have been severe and swift as he reportedly lost his job and might also likely to lose his girlfriend.

Additionally, his Second Amendment rights are also said to be taken away and he is facing felony assault charges that could lead up to eight years in federal prison. His decision from that night not only jeopardized his freedom but also led to significant personal losses– portraying a tough lesson before the world on how quickly reckless choices can destroy a person’s life.
