Pamela Hurts, the mother of Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts, is a mama bear alright. The mother of three had her moment amid the Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans on February 9, 2025.
During the Super Bowl, she intervened to prevent Jalen Hurts’ teammate Brandon Graham’s son from interacting with the Chiefs’ mascot, K.C. Wolf. The mascot, with a history dating to the 1980s, was making rounds at the Caesars Superdome seemingly engaging with fans including sections where Hurts and the rest of the Eagles family were sitting.
After Bryson Graham, son of Brandon, gave the Chiefs mascot a fist bump, Pamela Hurts stepped in, jokingly telling him not to and playfully dismissing the mascot. A brief interaction between Bryson Graham and the Chiefs mascot was humorously interrupted by Pamela Hurts, who playfully discouraged further contact.
Why you dap him up? Don’t touch him! That’s the op. That’s the op, get away from him. Get away from him.

Although it seemed light-hearted, Pamela was dead serious about the mascot staying as far away from the kid. She engaged in the same until the mascot took off, perplexed as to what just happened.
