Super Bowl is less than a week away, making it the perfect time to release the commercial for the big game. And Robert Kraft seems to have timed it well, releasing a striking blend of sports and music by bringing in NFL legend Tom Brady and hip-hop icon Snoop Dogg together with a powerful message.
Appearing on CNBC’s Squawk Box on Monday, the New England Patriots owner revealed the first look of his groundbreaking Super Bowl commercial, delivering a powerful message against hate. Titled “No Reason to Hate,” the ad aims to raise awareness about intolerance and promote unity in a time of rising polarization.
The commercial, produced in collaboration with the Foundation to Combat Antisemitism, features a poignant exchange between the two stars. Standing face-to-face, Snoop and Brady can be seen listing the numerous upsetting reasons for their disdain with each other, including coming from different neighborhoods, talking differently, appearing different, and the need to blame something, leading to the deep conclusion, “The reasons for hate are as stupid as they sound.”
“Man, I hate that things are so bad, that we have to do a commercial about it,” Snoop remarks to conclude the ad, with Brady saying in agreement, “Me too.”

While talking about the important message behind his Super Bowl commercial, Kraft also told People Magazine why he brought the seven-time Super Bowl champion and rap superstar together. He explained that his goal was to convey a message to individuals from diverse backgrounds by collaborating with people in his life who could effectively address the issue.
I think most people would know I have a relationship with Brady, but I don’t think people would believe that I had a real relationship with Snoop.

As much as his relationship with former franchise quarterback Brady is highlighted, his friendship with Snoop has remained behind the spotlight. But the two have been friends for three decades as Kraft shared, and when he asked Snoop to appear in his Super Bowl commercial, the latter instantly hopped on board.
