Gervonta Davis and Devin Haney have had a lot of back and forth across the years since they were in the same division. However, this was always limited to verbal altercations online via tweets. Nevertheless, fans always got to witness their animosity towards each other through these comments. Now their rivalry has been taken to the next level after Davis tried to confront Haney face-to-face.
Tank and The Dream have known each other for a long time, and they were once sparring partners as well. Subsequently, as their professional careers progressed, their bad blood continued to get worse. This could be seen from their personal comments about each other on social media. As such, Davis decided to take their rivalry a step forward and attempted to confront Haney by coming to his locality.

Davis posted a photo next to Haney’s truck and remarked on how the boxer cannot do anything about it. A fan noticed who the truck belonged to and commented about it, and Davis confirmed that it belongs to Haney. Tank also mentioned how The Dream and his team avoided a confrontation even though he was near his locality.
Subsequently, Gervonta Davis seemed to have gotten what he wished for since he ended up running into Haney at a club. As such, both of them were spotted having a heated verbal altercation. Tank kept yelling at Haney that he pulled up on ‘his side’ and taunted him about it.
Davis reveals why he asked Turki Alalshikh for expensive cars
Saudi Arabia has been organizing huge fights by bringing in the biggest stars of boxing in their country. As such, they had expressed an interest in organizing a fight between Davis and Haney. In response to this, Davis had asked him to send two Ferraris.
Subsequently, his response caught the attention of Turki Alalshikh, who stated that they would only send him two boxing gloves instead. Hence, Tank’s plan to receive an incentive so that he could consider fighting in Saudi Arabia failed. Furthermore, during an interview with Cigar Talk, Davis revealed his reason for demanding two Ferraris.
Davis apparently made this demand because Turki Alalshikh sounded like he was on Haney’s side. As such, he wants to receive something before fighting there because he doesn’t need it. This is because Davis knows he can sell fights in the USA and doesn’t need to fight in Saudi Arabia.
