Wales vs Austria: Wales squared off against Austria at the Cardiff City Stadium in the World Cup 2022 Qualifiers.

Both the teams started the match in same rhythm with opportunities falling on both ends. However, Gareth Bale was able to score a sublime freekick to open the scoring for Wales in the 1st half.

In the 2nd half as well, Wales dominated in the beginning and again Gareth Bale was bale to score another goal for Wales. However, after this Austrian team came into life and Marcel Sabitzer was able to pull one back with the help of a huge deflection. Austria fought till the end but the match ended 2-1 in favour of Wales.
