However, a slick move in the 1st quarter involving Lakers’ stand-out rookies Dalton Knecht and Bronny James has been making rounds on the internet. Despite the Lakers losing, fans are confident of their new additions and upcoming rookies linking up beautifully. In addition, James has still not found his best form since signing for the Lakers.

In the viral video that has been gathering all the attention of the Lakers and NBA fans, Knecht lobs the ball to James in the first quarter, who then throws it down on the Rockets’ defenders. This particular move also impressed the commentators as they went ‘Gaga” over James and Knecht’s link-up in the first quarter.
On the contrary, the 19-year-old USC rookie was aggressive early in Friday’s game, but he was utterly ineffective, finishing with eight points on 3-of-14 field goal shooting and 0 of 8 from three in 27 minutes. However, it remains to be seen how James finds his scoring boots in the upcoming matches of the ongoing NBA Summer League.
Dalton Knecht’s 25-point performance went in vain against Rockets
