WATCH: “F**k out of here!” LEAKED audio shows Anthony Edwards heated towards teammates for asking to pass the ball
Anthony Edwards and the Minnesota Timberwolves were 4 games away from reaching the first NBA Finals in franchise history.

Leaked audio shows Anthony Edwards having a heated rant towards his Minnesota Timberwolves teammates for not passing the ball to him
Anthony Edwards was expecting to take the game to the Dallas Mavericks in game 5 of the Western Conference Finals. That is after leading and pushing his team to win game 4 and bring some respite to the playoff series after losing the 1st 3 games.
However, his Minnesota Timberwolves teammates struggled to get going. Edwards ended up having a heated outburst during game 5. Leaked audio from that video clip reveals some NSFW words that he said to his teammates. The boosted audio shows the young All-NBA superstar ranting about his teammates.

This n**** talking about passing the ball and sh*t. F*ck out of here. Just pass me the f*cking ball. They always talking about passing the ball. The leaked audio revealed
I’m better than these n***** man. Those n***** can’t f*ck with me, man. Then he is seen talking to veteran guard Mike Conley Jr. about the Dallas Mavericks
Bro, just pass the ball damn.Later he tells Kyle Anderson
He seems to be heated about the fact that his teammates were missing shots all game long. He would rather go to the Mavericks by himself.
Anthony Edwards cannot be faulted here as he was the only significant player on the Timberwolves who shot above 50% across the court. Whereas his teammates struggled, especially from the 3-point line. One of the defining reasons they struggled to get anything going.
It seems frustrations were getting the better of Anthony Edwards as he saw the game slipping away from them. They tried to rally back in the 3rd quarter, but it was a little too late to even make a dent at the deficit.
Anthony Edwards continued to show his frustrations after the game
Once the game ended, every member of the Minnesota Timberwolves shook hands with those of the Dallas Mavericks. It is a customary show of sportsmanship even if their season was over. Except, Anthony Edwards walked off the court and into the tunnel without shaking anyone’s hands. It seems the frustrations of the game were too much for him to handle in public.
However, before the post-game press conference, he did shake hands with Luka Doncic, again in the tunnels. But his frustrations were far from over when he suggested that his team were not in sync in the Western Conference Finals. That led to them losing the series 1-4. Evidently, he did not spare his teammates.
The Minnesota Timberwolves played exceptional basketball throughout this season. The only time they fell short was in this Conference Finals. Anthony Edwards and his teammates will have to rekindle their chemistry if they are to win an NBA title.
