When Houston Rocket acquired John Wall last season in place of Russell Westbrook from the Washington Wizards, the expectation was to change the dynamics of the tam with the help of a veteran. But with the Rockets being one of the worst teams in the season last year, Wall surely had no support while being on the court. Moreover, with the point guard planning to sit throughout the whole of this season, the narrative around him seems to be set.
However, the good news is that John Wall hasn’t sustained any injury whilst his time on the bench and during the recent warm up, the 31-years-old went onto embark upon some massive dunks. Which has made everyone inquire upon his availability for Houston Rockets next game. With many suggesting he is done, is Wall returning a major comeback in the 2021-22 season?

A video of him went viral wherein he can be seen embracing his current fitness form and as a result of which is dunking at his very best. Moreover, according to previous reports, the team was in terms of getting John Wall back to work with that being said, if Wall decided to step onto court for the Houston Rockets in the 2021-22 season, Stephen Silas’ young team could find themselves having major help, if Wall gets going.
With young scorers like Jalen Green, Kevin Porter Jr among other in the team, the leadership of John Wall will be pivotal. Given that the Houston Rockets have managed to win 9 games, courtesy to a 7-game winning streak. Another streak like that, and the team could be well on the verge of making it into the play-in berths.
Having said that, John Wal reportedly willing to suit up for the Rockets again this season, so this recent development could point to the fact that Wall is nearing his return to action. Then again, this could also serve as his come-get-me plea for teams that might be interested in a potential trade. That is if any NBA team out there is willing to take on his gargantuan contract.
