Usher met Angel Reese and other stars of Chicago Sky after the match

Chicago Sky gained a sweet victory against the Las Vegas Aces in the game on July 16. They beat the 2023 WNBA champions, 93-85. Soon after Usher joined them to celebrate their win, leaving them enraptured.

Coach Teresa Weatherspoon led the Grammy- award winner singer to the team’s locker room, much to everyone’s delight. Usher personally congratulated everybody with a high-five leaving them fangirling over the singer.

They followed the meet with a group picture where they posed cheerfully, as they captioned on their Instagram, “Usher Baby.”

Las Vegas Aces, however, seems to have taken the loss rather bitterly, especially A’ja Wilson. 

They ain’t did s**t all day, but they wanna take a motherf**king picture with Usher.

Consequently, she met Usher and gave him the team’s jersey.

In this unpredictable game, Angel Reese took the headlines outshining A’ja Wilson. What made matters worse for the Las Vegas Aces was rookie Kate Martin‘s fall described as a lower right leg injury by Aces coach Becky Hammon.

Angel Reese was amped to meet Usher

Angel Reese posted a separate TikTok with Usher when he came to greet the team after their win against the Aces. She asked him to say “Usher Baby” and he obliged earning a giggle from Reese.

The fans were quick to reply to the video with their hearty comments.

Safe to say, the fans love the ‘well-deserved‘ win for Reese. She is one of the most celebrated players in the game. This season, she broke the unusual record of being the most-blocked player in a single season in WNBA history. Currently, she is in a race with Caitlin Clark in the Rookie of the Year race.
