There is no doubt that pop star Taylor Swift was forced into the world of sports since starting her relationship with Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.
She has acknowledged that, although her family is a fan of the Philadelphia Eagles, she was mostly removed from the football world as she became engrossed in her career as one of the most popular artists in the world.
That changed when the 10-time Pro Bowler first gave his number on a friendship bracelet, and then Andrea Swift, the Grammy Award-winning star’s mother, went about ensuring her daughter gave Kelce a chance.
Since Taylor Swift was busy performing on her extremely successful billion-dollar-raking Eras Tour during the budding moments of their relationship, she had to catch her boyfriend on television screens.
Trust me, mine is better. Get this first down, please. We need love, but all we want is danger. We team up, THROW IT, aaaaahhhh, TOUCHDOWN.
Taylor Swift sang
The 36-year-old created this song on the fly while watching Travis Kelce capture a crucial first down for his Chiefs during their drive down the field against the Los Angeles Chargers on December 8th last year.

Her excitement-laced scream and touchdown celebration were when DeAndre Hopkins waltzed into the end zone to send the team up 13-0. She remarked earlier to her father, Scott Swift, that she would not have thought that she would be watching football with her family on a Sunday, suggesting her world has changed in the past couple of years.
Taylor Swift might be watching Travis Kelce play his final home game on Christmas Day
Taylor Swift‘s journey from being completely isolated from sports to unofficially becoming an integral part of the Kansas City Chiefs’ game day experience has been quite an experience.

That journey, though, could be coming to an end, especially if Travis Kelce decides he is done with football. That could make the team’s Christmas Day showdown against the league-leading Denver Broncos the tight end’s final home game.
I don’t know if it is or not, I haven’t talked to him… Phenomenal person, has been great for the community. He’s everything you want from a player representing an organization.
Andy Reid said to reporters
This was the Chiefs’ head coach talking about his star pass catcher, who has been one of the most consistent figures during his tenure with this organization.

They may have their outbursts at times, but Reid knows what the Cincinnati alum brought to the team, and let him have his way to win three Super Bowls.
Chris Jones is ‘sad’ Travis Kelce might call it quits soon
The thought of Travis Kelce retiring after what has been a trying season for him and his Chiefs has been a major blow for the rest of the organization, especially those who have spent quite a few years with him.
Ah, man, it’s sad. To be able to be here with my brother, and just to be able to share the field with him. I hope it isn’t his last ride, but if it is, I tip my hat off to him. Hell of a career.
Chris Jones told reporters
This was superstar defensive tackle Chris Jones, who has been the rock alongside the tight end and Patrick Mahomes as they led the franchise to hoist three Vince Lombardi trophies.

They would have preferred to hoist one more so that their older brother-in-arm could walk away with his head held high. But that is not possible this season, after the way they wound up being eliminated from playoff contention.
