West Ham vs Wolves: West Hamsquared off against Wolves at the London Stadium in the ongoing edition of the Premier League.

David Moyes’s men take the crucial three points with a 1-0 win over Wolves. The Hammers struggled to make a meaningful impact in their possession in the first half. However, it was the birthday boy, Thomas Soucek who scored the goal in the second half. which proved to be the winner.

Fabianski (8/10): The 36-year-old West Ham Keeper continues to impress. Made a couple of decent saves in the second half. 

Ben Johnson (6/10): Was offered ample space on the wide right by Wolves. Struggled to put in any good deliveries.

Dawson (7/10): Neither Triancao nor Silva imposed any threat to him. Should have had more impact off attacking set-pieces

Kurt Zouma (10/10): Man of the match performance from Kurt Zouma. Brave with his interception and heading. 

Cresswell (7/10): Had an average first half. Cresswell came back brilliantly in the second half. 

Soucek (8/10): Soucek got his goal which he craved for so long. He poked home the winner set up by Antonio.

Declan Rice (8/10): As always Rice ran the midfield. Nearly scored a worldie in the first half. 

Bowen (7/10): Quiet evening from Jarrod Bowen. He seemed to struggle to play as the second striker to Antonio. 

Lanzini (7/10): Lanizini always offered a threat with his positioning in threatening areas in the first half. Dropped off in the second.  

Fornals (8/10): Brilliant outing for Fornals. Played an important part in the goal. 

Antonio (8/10): Goals are still lacking for Antonio. But he was threatening all game with his hold-up play and got an assist.

Wolves

Jose Sa (7/10): Sa, as always, was solid with his passing and collection. Could not have done anything for the goal. 

Kilman (6/10): Not the best game for Kilman. He needs to step up if he wants to add fuel to those England shouts. 

Coady (7/10): Coady was solid in the first half. Marked Antonio out on several occasions. 

Saiss (6/10): Did not do much wrong defensively. Even played a decent part going forward. 

Hoever (5/10): Really poor first-half. Settled himself into the game in the latter stages. 

Dendoncker (7/10): Broke up the play on several occasions. Did his job as the defensive midfielder.

Neves (6/10): Poor first-half from Neves, couldn’t create anything. Had a couple of good moments in the second. 

Marcal (6/10): Created a really good chance in the first-half. Surprised that he was hooked early. 

Trincao (5/10): Struggled to deal with the physicality of Zouma and Dawson. Neto came on and played better. 

Hwang (5/10): Really poor game for Hwang. Should have scored in the dying minutes of the first half. 

Silva (7/10): Similar to Trincao in terms of physical. However, came back really good in the second half. 

Substitutes:

Podence (6/10): Played some neat one-two’s. Struggled to create anything meaningful. 

Neto (7/10): Had only 15 minutes to make an impact. Created some good openings.
