Charles Oliveira has seen a steady rise in his MMA career, over the past few years. He is currently on a hot streak of 8 wins, with his recent victory over Tony Ferguson at UFC 256, propelling him into the top 5 of the lightweight division rankings. The win also put Charles Oliveira in the ‘lightweight spotlight’.

While a lot of people feel Oliveira is underappreciated, Justin Gaethje feels otherwise, as he took to Twitter, posting an image of Oliveira’s recent record and claimed that none of the fighters he beat were big names, barring Tony Ferguson.

With only 3 losses to his name, the number 2 ranked lightweight contender, is yet to land an opponent and probably fighting Charles Oliveira might do him justice.

Oliveira, on the other hand, is just one rank below Justin Gaethje in the lightweight division. The number 3 ranked lightweight’s hot win streak of 8 wins shouldn’t be overlooked.
