With just a few months left for the 2025 NFL Draft, the schedule including date and time along with the host city has finally been revealed.

As the 2024 NFL regular season approaches its end, the anticipation regarding the 2025 Draft has heightened immensely. Next year will mark the 90th annual meeting of the NFL franchises to select a new class of eligible football players.
According to ESPN’s Football Power Index (FPI), the first overall pick is projected to be the Heisman Trophy winner Travis Hunter and the team with that draft selection is the New York Giants, after they marked their ninth consecutive loss of the season, sinking to 2-11 season standings.
The Giants are to be followed by the New England Patriots, who suffered another season collapse at 3-11, despite the major change in coaching staff. The Carolina Panthers, Las Vegas Raiders, and Jacksonville Jaguars are projected to occupy up to the top five picks.
The 2024 postseason is scheduled to kick off in a couple of weeks, after which the NFL Scouting Combine will unfold.
When is the 2025 NFL Draft?
Since the NFL Scouting Combine is scheduled for the same month as the Super Bowl, the offseason is set to begin on March 12. The landmark event for football fans, the 2025 Draft, will officially take place from April 24 to April 26.
The exact time for the draft events has yet to be announced, fans are eagerly waiting for the grand celebration of football culture in Green Bay.

The highly anticipated NFL event will be hosted in the storied city of Green Park, Wisconsin, which is home to the legendary stadium Lambeau Field. Commissioner Roger Goodell wants to honor the home of the oldest team in the league during the draft selections next year. That’s why he chose Green Bay over Washington D.C.

The Packers president and CEO Mark Murphy also highlighted the advantage for Green Bay to host such a huge offseason event. He mentioned that it would not only broaden the viewing horizon to the national stage but across the entire world, calling it a “once-in-a-generation opportunity.”
The event will unfold around the Lambeau Field, which is also the home stadium of nearby Titletown District. It is the 14th city to host the NFL Draft and the first since 1940, when Milwaukee hosted it.
